Surya dev aarati:  सूर्योदय और सूर्य देव की आराधना   Surya dev aarati:  सूर्य देव को हिन्दू धर्म में जीवन दाता लोग, पापनाशक, और स्वास्थ्यदायक देव माना जाता है। अगर आप रोज़ सुबह भगवान सूर्य को समर्पित Surya dev aarati करते हैं, तो आप अपने शरीर और मन में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा भर देते हैं। उत्तर कोकण में ऐसा कहा गया है: “ज्योतीर्जनो भानु भगवंत” अर्थात् जिस दिन सूरज प्रकट होता है, वह दिन स्वयं परमात्मा के प्रकाश से अभिषिक्त होता है।  Arati – प्रकाश में भक्ति Arati विधि में प्रकाश (दीप), धूप, जल, फूल तथा मंत्र शामिल होते हैं। दीपक को पूर्व दिशा की और घुमाते हुए "जय सूर्य नारायण" या "ॐ भास्कराय नमः" जैसे chanting करना चाहिए। इसके अलावा, आरती के क्रम : दीप➡️धूप➡️पुष्प➡️घंटा➡️दीप चक्र। यह प्रकाश लौकिक अज्ञान को दूर कर आध्यात्मिक जागरण लाता है।  मंत्र और chanting विधि शब्दों की शक्ति से ही मंत्र बनता है। प्रमुख Surya mantra : “ॐ भास्कराय विद्महे दिवाकराय धीमहि तन्नो सूर्यः प्रचोदयात्” इसे सुबह कम से कम 108 बार जाप करें। पूजन के दौरान chanting...
